PENTHOUSE PRESTIGE

An elegant duplex apartment designed with refinement in mind, the project takes bold risks with its elements. This includes a custom-made dancing flame fireplace, a central wine room with a simultaneous view on the kitchen, dining room and pool table area, and a fully transparent bathroom incorporated into the master bedroom. These imaginative design choices are grounded by earthy tones and materials, such as 3D wood and marble, blending chic innovation and classic sophistication. Nowhere is this better embodied than in the Roma Imperial granite wall panel that skirts the line between style and art, its monumental presence filling the double height reception space.
