THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

Feghri, Douma, North Lebanon | 5,000 sqm land – 140 SQM construction (phase 1 completed)

This small, unassuming construction made with natural local stone cladding, black steel and concrete flooring is the epitome of the phrase “it’s the little things in life”.
A weekend getaway integrated into the geography of the Feghri area, including its view and sun orientation, this house is also the very picture of eco-friendliness; its photovoltaic solar panels and its rainwater recuperation system allow it to be self-sustainable. Its little terrace is as humble as its one-floor L-shaped interior plan. A black steel louver box technical area sits in the back. With 5000 m² of surrounding green area and ongoing pool and landscaping works, the middle of nowhere never felt so cozy.
