MODERN COMFORT

Mtayleb, Metn, Lebanon | 100 SQM (completed in 2019)

The reception space in this project reaches a respectable area of 100 m2 and serves a dual purpose as both a living room and a dining room. Trendy Italian furniture is tastefully arranged around a unique wall conceived in gunmetal steel, marble, and French oak wood stripes cladding. It too serves a dual purpose with its integrated fireplace and bar, a focal point for the apartment’s social gatherings and entertainment. This setup dictates the flow of the room, creating a dynamic spatial configuration.
